Just watched first of the new Primeval...not sure about it, none of the new characters has grabbed me yet and the ones I liked from previous series have mostly gone. Still got another two to watch, maybe they'll get better.

I enjoyed ep2 a lot more and ep3 immediately won me over with Victorian time-travellers.

Matt is sort of blandly uninteresting, but I quite like Jess. And, er, yes, Victorian time travelers (good job on bringing Jack the Ripper through, there).
