Throat infection my arse, I forgot to take my fluoxetine Sunday and Monday, throat was okay over weekend, remembered to take it today and within a couple of hours I've got the constricted throat feeling again. Making another appointment with doctor and asking for meds to be changed.

Hae also somehow gotten a job interview on Monday, for a job I don't really want and only applied to to fulfil my weekly job application quota. It's a part-time clerical assistant in Dundee, so an hour's travel each way for three hours of work a day. I'll go to the interview, just to keep everyone happy. Will have to organise haircut inbetween shop, mental helth group thing in Arbroath and all the other crap I have to deal with right now.

Ok, so getting switched to mirtazapine, which I can't remember if I've had before. I know I was on three or four before settling on fluoxetine in the past, but can only remember lofepramine being one of those. Hoping this'll fix things, quite apart from the throat thing, felt so run down the past week-and-a-half, just carring rubbish up the stairs to the car or walking to the doctor's and back has left me absolutely knackered and sweating. Meant to be trying to get myself in some semblance of a shape, but haven't been able to even start because of everything. I at le3ast seem to be managing to get my sleep patterns a bit more normal, if I do I plan on going for a good walk in the morning with my iPod, start building my ankle and everything else up a wee bit.

Real life continues to trundle on, nothing else major to report, minor things that have made father even more arsey than usual, but what's new?

Going to Augment place in Arbroath tomorrow about mentalness, will see how that goes. Chance there's a local group meet in the evening, but will have to see how I'm feeling. Tomorrow's NCIS night for me usually, so might just pop home after visiting Augment and watch telly.

Great to see Miranda Hart win binch of stuff at Comedy Awards, also great to see Horrible Histories win best sketch show. Not so great to see Scottish comedy shows completely ignored yet again.
