Dec. 18th, 2013 02:58 pmYet again,didn't realise it had been nine days since I posted here, there's nothing wrong apart from sleep schedule being continually screwy. I've mostly beem watching things and feeding my Warriors Orochi 3 addiction.
Binged on Christmas movies last night, Muppet Christmas Carol, Scrooged (which I hadn't seen in over twenty years and I kind of fell in love with Karen Allen again), The Nightmare Before Christmas (finally, I@ve had the DVD for around seven years and never gotten round to it) and Jingle All The Way (highlight being TRhe Big Show punching a midget off Arnold Schwarznegger's shoulders).
I watched a nice three part documentary from 2003 about Hong Kong Cinema, episodes covered actresses, kung fu and wuxia. I have a good few movies to add to the watch list, the first being 1966's Come Drink With Me. Also resulted in a rewatch of one of my favourite Michelle Yeoh movies, Magnificent Warriors.
What else? Started going through the Godzilla movies from the start, up to King Kong Vs Godzilla and I do not agree with how that match was booked, somebody should invoke their rematch clause.
Hopefully recording podcast tonight, off to rewatch The Wicker Man because it's been a few weeks since we intended to talk about it and I need to refresh my memory.
