Didn't realise it had been over a fortnight since I last posted, so just in case, I'm okay, my depression's hit me a bit in the last couple of weeks but these days that means I sit and watch telly and stuff and don't do much online stuff.

It's not like I've been isolating myself or anything, between the other Oxfam volunteers and visiting the folks and podcast recording I'm intereacting with people quite a bit.

Five things I have enjoyed recently -

Grand Theft Auto V - so far, only 10% through the storylines it appears to have fixed almost all the problems I had with IV. The driving's a lot better, there's checkpoints in missions, the gunplay has evolved from Red Dead Redemption's. Lovely stuff.

Fargo (the movie) - been ages since i'd seen it and fell in love with it all over again. Marge is adorable, Steve Buscemi is kinda funny lookin' and it made me wish there was more of it, which was handy because later in the same day I started watching...

Fargo (TV) - ...which has similar themes and characters, but it nineteen years later and goes its own way with plotlines. Billy Bob Thornton and Alison Tolman are fantastic, Martin freeman's good and there's been a fair few belly laughs. Beingn shown in the UK about a week behind the US, which is good as i can talk to my co-volunteers about it.

Podcasting - we recorded on thrusday but due to some aches and pains, I can't sit at the computer for too long in one go, so it should be edited and up tomorrow, possibly with a new theme tune. the intention was to talk about the two Rani stories and other things Kate O'Mara was in and we did that, we also went on more tangents than we've done before. But it was really fun and we had our first moment where we have to pause a bit because we're laughing too much.

The episode aftert this one is going to be all about opening title sequences.

Skyrim - I have fallen deep down the dragon-hole again. Restarted for about the fifth time and this time round quite deliberately not moving certain storylines along so I can explore all of the things.
