So, on the good side, I've lost over 5kg in weight since the end of last year. Still some way to go, but in the right direction.

Blood pressure slightly high, but nothing to worry about, diabates in general under good control.

On the bad side, what I thought was the arthritis in my right hand getting worse turns out to be Dupuytren's contracture, which is causing a couple of my fingers to curl i slightly and also explains the pain and "clicking" in my ringfinger. I'll likely have to undergo surgery at some point if it gets any worse. Going to see how it goes the next couple of months and decide.

Funny how most of my physical problems seem to be on the right hand side of my body.
