This has hit me hard, harder than expected, his work entertained me, informed me and more than any other the Discworld was my favourite world, it lived and if I could visit it, I would.
Most of all though, more than any other author, Terry kept my love of reading alive and in all likelihood kept me alive, I got through some of the most difficult times of my life thanks to his books.
The only authors I owned more books by were Franklin W Dixon (who doesn't count) and Terrance Dicks (most of which were adaptations).
All other plans are off, going to read a few books, watch a couple of adaptations and remind myself of the wonderful mind that kept me entertained for over twenty years.
