Friday five are go!
Apr. 3rd, 2015 11:48 am5. Next podcast was recorded Wednesday but won't be up until Sunday due to real life getting in the way, it's mostly about Glen A Larson shows.
4. My gaming this week has not gone well, the current score in Dark Souls is Gordon 0 - Capra Demon 8 and FInal Fantasy XIII isn't going much better. PRoblem is possibly that my characters are underlevveled in FFXIII, but could also be that every time I go back to it I have to relearn the battle system. I can instantly go back to any game from the original FInal Fantasy up to X and X-2, but XIII's battles need a bit of careful thinking.
3. I mostly enjoyed Wrestlemania. Not everyone I wanted to win did, but there was only one match on the pre-show where I was "Get f***ed." regarding the result. RAW the next night was pretty damn good too, especially seeing some of the NXT guys like the Lucha Dragons and Adrian Neville moving up to the main shows.
2. Spent most of yesterday at hospital for checkups. They're looking at a couple of other kidney things as some of my readings are still too high and checking one or two other things to try and help with my constant exhaustion and achiness. Was in Dundee but that meant a nice trip on the bus each way and reading comics while listening to random eighties stuff on the iPod.
1. This is happening tomorrow, really looking forward to it as Gerry Anderson and Thunderbirds in particular was the biggest influence on me as a kid after Doctor Who. Early reports are that they've nailed it.
