...how to lose badly at Settlers Of Catan,Carcassonne.and Elder Sign:Omens. Due to not having to go to Arbroath on Thursday I had some money spare, so bought some Android versions of board games, Since G-Gee have not ensured their games work with Android 4.3*, Deathsmiles (mad Halloweeny shoot 'em up) was not an option, so I picked the three board games up along with Super Mega Worm which I liked on iOS. It's basically Tremors the game except you play the Super Mega Worm.

Anyways, all the games have tutorials, Catan and Elder Signs explained everything nicely, Carcassonne confused me a lot and I think I'll have to play it a few more times before I have any idea what I'm doing.

I picked these three from a list Wil Wheaton gave on an episode of Not The Flog of the best iOS/Android conversions of board games and since I (a) can't afford the actual board games and (2) have nobody to play with, these are nice to mess around with. I love Wil's Tabletop series, although it does make me wish a lot for money and friends so I can play games. Formula D and X-Wing in particular.

* - Which means Dodonpachi Resurrection, Espagaluda II and Ikaruga are all broken and refuse to run, which if I'd paid 69p for them, I wouldn't mind, but I paid £14 for the three of them.so I'm a wee bit annoyed.
