1. Trailers - so, some trailers came out. Ant-Man looks interesting, I got a good chuckle at a couple of lines and I loved the bit with the train.

Terminator:Genisys (or Terminator:Megadrive as I keep calling it) looks...insane? Wether it's really good insane or really bad insane waits to be seen. They seem to have given away 90% of the plot twists in the latest trailer.

Star Wars:The Force Awakens is looking really good, two out of three of my biggest childhoood influences have come back brilliantly in the last decade (Doctor Who and Thunderbirds) and I'm expecting this is going to do the same for Star Wars. There's been nothing so far that's made me go "Oh, that's not good." so keeping my fingers crossed.

2. Food - Pringles have started doing tubes of tortilla chips, in four flavours and Tesco has them on offer right now so I got a tube of each to try. Only eat some original/salted so far and those are excellent.

3. Tony Hawk - the skateboarder, not the comedian. It's been a while since the heyday of the Tony Hawk games and at the time, while I rather enjoyed them, I was hopeless at them. A couple years back they released a download game with seven levels from the first two games remastered and it was on sale at 1/3rd price last week so I grabbed it to try and have fallen in love with the franchise all over again. While I'm certainly no expert player, I'm already better than I was fifteen eyars ago. Ordered one of the newer games for a fiver, was a choice of two and I went for Project 8 because (and this annoys me no end in any game where you get to create your main character) Proving Grounds doesn't let you create a female skater for story mode.

4. We haven't gotten any stuff done for the YouTube channel because we just haven't been able to get together outside getitng the podcast recorded, things just aren't working out just now. Going to put a couple of odds and ends up but hopefully something more substantial when things settle down.

5. One of the free XBL games this month is Assassin's Creed IV:Black Flag aka The Piratey One. ALmost instantly sold on this just after the introductory part, Brotherhood was the last AC I've played s it's been a while but was right back into the swing of things. Plus...you're a pirate. Many people have said the piratey parts are the best and that the worst are when it has to be an AC game, but so far it's the best piratey game since Lego Pirates Of The Caribbean.

And although I'm hoping for some Pirates Of The Carribean/Moby Dick/Master & Commander style epicness, knowing how I play things, it'll more likely end up going like this...
